KiloAmps® provides specific power connections for submerged arc furnaces used in the ferroalloy industry.
Regardless of the final product manufactured (ferrosilicon, ferromanganese, ferrochromium, etc.) and regardless of the brand of furnace, the use of ARC.ITEC EL water cooled cables allows to optimise performances.
The internal design of copper strands wound around a stainless steel spring allows efficient cooling. In case of small bending radius, due to installation and operating parameters, water continues to flow freely and without constraint.
KiloAmps® also supplies dry connections (air cooled) and tube sets according to process requirements.
