The Delta tubes from KiloAmps, also known as secondary tubes, are specifically designed to optimize energy efficiency and safety in installations within the steel industry, electrometallurgy, graphitization, and foundry sectors. Suitable for AC/DC arc furnaces, ladle furnaces, submerged arc furnaces, and induction furnaces, these tubes ensure optimal electrical balancing through a system designed to minimize risks related to metallic dust and vibrations.

The advanced manufacturing techniques we employ, such as cold bending through internal hammering, preserve the mechanical properties of the tubes while reducing ovalization. Additionally, our designs offer the flexibility to choose between a common cooling circuit for all tubes or phase-separated cooling, depending on the specific needs of each configuration.

To ensure maximum efficiency, we utilize simulations conducted with FLUX software to determine the optimal geometry of the entire circuit.
